It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr Jay Goldberg, our partner, colleague, and dear friend. His sudden death has shocked all of us, as well as the community as a whole.
Dr Goldberg was dedicated to providing the best medical care for women. Besides his medical practice at Women’s Care of Beverly Hills, he regularly volunteered his time to help women in underserved countries. He was committed to educating medical students and residents, helping to prepare those young doctors to care for women. He was a leader in the best sense of the word.
Jay was a beloved husband, father, brother, son and uncle. Even in the midst of an enormously busy medical practice he made time for everyone, and made everyone feel special. He had great wit and a sometimes quirky sense of humor. All of us who witnessed it will remember his annual holiday party karaoke!
If anyone wishes to send a card or message to Jay’s family, please send it to our office and we will pass it on to them. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any who feels moved make a contribution to causes that were special to Jay and honor his spirit. We have listed them below.
